Ideas for the Mkll Rear C pillar badges

Idea and badge design created by  Graeme Rogers.

Being on a tight budget like most of us, Graeme decided to explore other options for the Mkll Zephyr rear pillar badge. The prices for some Taiwan/China made ones can go up to $100 these days.

Dave King in NZ has very good quality badges made now which is another option, heres our link:

Below are the factory made badges from Roberts Mkll,

Graeme contacted this seller on ebay UK,  http://stores.ebay.co.uk/The-Classic-Capsule

And had them make this badge to his design, the items were very well priced and in his hands within 5 days (that’s overseas too!) Below:

Graeme says: “These badges are a stick on over the original badges. Mine were completely faded (read stuffed) I looked over the internet, ebay, etc and this was the only place (above) that sold round Ford badges in the 32mm size, they will not do for concourse cars, but for a bloke like me who wants to put a stamp of individuality on his car they were perfect. I put clear silicone on the back then ran a hair dryer over them and they have not faded after 12 months on the car“.

Note: Lots of different designs could be made with engine size e.g., 302 or 351 etc under the Fomoco, Ford or Zephyr top name, the different designs are endless!
